Spring Fair 2023
A Vibrant Celebration of Community & Sustainability
At this year’s Spring Fair, we came together as a community to embrace sustainability, and the results were simply astounding. Repair Revolution welcomed 28 powered and 17 unpowered items, all contributing to a remarkable effort in preventing 60kg of waste and reducing 203kg of CO2 emissions.
The Riverlution Cafe had a fantastic day, serving delicious treats, and all our seedlings quickly found new homes. The sausage sizzle was an absolute hit, leaving our taste buds dancing for more.
Of course, the Silent Disco was a highlight. It brought us joy and laughter as we grooved to the beats. But, the true magic happened after the event, as our team danced away post-event for well over an hour –
We’re also grateful for our collaborations with Avebury House, We are Richmond and Ōtautahi Repair Revolution as the Vintage Market, Hertigae display, kids’ area and Repair Riverlution added a wonderful flavour to the fair. The Spring Fair stands as a prime example of what we can achieve when we come together to celebrate and promote sustainability.
