Matariki in the Zone 2019

Matariki is the rising of the cluster of stars by the same name that symbolizes the Maori New Year.

We want to celebrate that with a little family fun with Little Kiwis Nature Play, Woodland Escape Kite making and toasted marshmallows, non-mulled wine, lantern making and fairy doors. Coffee Skills Mobile, Natural Magic Pirates hosted in conjunction with Avebury House, Richmond Community Garden and Avon-Ōtākaro Network.
